Installer Won't go past first install screen(Solved)

What I Have done:

Inputed all desired information into install.php
Hit submit, then it brings me right back to the same screen.

So I manually created the config file and commented out the line as outlined in another post.


Still no dice, I know PHP works and that SQL works right also since I installed PHPbb5 fine

Any input would be appreciated.

I forgot the register_long_array thing, simply careless.
