problem with group permissions

I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and vBulletin 3.5.4 :
I've changed the permissions for a group in CPG to the following
Rating (Yes)
Ecards (No) 
Comments (No) 
Public albums upload (Yes)  /  Approval (No) 
Personal gallery (No)  / Approval (No) 

when I logon with a user from this group and try to upload file I get this error "Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files"

Either allow personal galleries or create an album as admin that allows visitors to upload to it.
