Banner Help?

How do i insert a banner onto my gallery at top of page, i read through threads and tryed doing some of them, but don't seem to have had any look, can u help me PLZ? The template i using is Eyeball, my gallery is: http://anagallery.an.funpic.org/cpg148/index.php PLz help!!
