When testing, this is the error message I got:

No file was uploaded !

If you have really selected a file to upload, check that the server allows file uploads...

Review what others have done who had that error: review my reply to Upload issue. You should have searched the board for that error message - it would have lead you to that thread and many others describing the potential fixes.
