How to remove this?

I've deleted all the coppermine files but still has this left unable to delete. Can i know the right way to remove this?

You're using the "Coppermine goes invisionize" hack that has modifications to the ipb code. Do as Nibbler suggested, this is nothing we (the coppermine team) can help you with - undo the mod you applied to your ipb code.
