Is the following scenario plausible with Coppermine?  Can a user (or me as admin) hide or restrict an album for viewing only by invited people?  In other words, if Actor John wanted to get an opinion from people on his new theatrical headshots, and Actress Sally wanted to get an opinion on her new headshots, could they direct you to their album-only and without the other album being visible?  For instance, John wants an opinion from lots of people and directs them to his album.  But Sally's album has some nudity so she doesn't want anyone except her agent to have access to her album (or for that matter, even know her album exists). Is that workable with Coppermine?

With the current stable cpg1.3.x: no.
The unsupported devel version cpg1.4.x has password-protected albums: Sally could forward a link to the password protected album together with the password to her agent by email, so the answer is "yes, cpg1.4.x has this feature".
