Upload problem

I've just install cpg1.3.2 and when i tried to upload some photos the program said

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4800 bytes) in /var/www/html/virtual/clubfiatchile.cl/www/galeria/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 187

Does anybody can help me to configure the program?

ther pictures has about 500 kb and 1200 x 1800
