an advice needed pls

I need to chose a portal / CMS that works fine with CPG, and have little or no security problems, have a wide modules (auction, classified ADs, forums, etc) library and support Arabic.

so pls if you think you have a valuable experience in this and can give an advice for me, don't hesitate.
