Image descriptions

hey i am a newbie, and i am looking for a mod/add on.
I am making a car gallery, and when the users upload a picture to there album, i want, the description, to be for all there pic's in the album, so they don't have to write there description several times.
Is there a mod or add on i can use or are there some one who have a mod for it?
I don't now much about php, and could use some help with it.

someone (who is a really good coder) in the gallery offered to make it for me, but they haven't pm-ed me back yet. still awaiting...
