picture posting problem, i think this goes here

at my coppermine here http://www.hotdub.com/pictures/
When a user trys to upload into their personal album they get this kind of error...

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted at (null):0 (tried to allocate 533 bytes) in /home/virtual/site258/fst/var/www/html/pictures/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 183

I think their personal album alotment is full, but I dont know how to change it.
