how do I get coppermine to my website

I just got coppermine from the net and I was wondering how I get it to work. I need to get it on my website

The first step is to upload the entire zip file onto your server if you have online unzip capability enabled on your server.else extract all the files and upload it exactly in the same directory format as in the folder.
after uploading the entire file to the root directory usuall www.
run the install.php and the rest is simple.

fusionfx: although I appreciate your readiness to help others, your information is - well - wrong: coppermine doesn't have to go to the webroot, and it's not recommended to have it in the webroot if you have other content on your website already. Unzipping on the server isn't recommended either.

@haidi: do as TranzNDance  suggested and read the docs. If you have questions after that, search the board. If there are still open questions after that, post your actual question.
