NewLife Blogger + CPG

NewLife Blogger is a open source Blogger that has the abilility for you to offer people their own Blogger on your site.  http://www.sevengraff.com/demo/

Its got a lot of potential, but the programmer who is a young lad hasn't updated it in a while.  It's missing the ability for users to Upload pictures!  So I was thinking, of how nice it would be to have the Blogger and CPG integrated with a single login.    Then the user would have a  blogger, and picture gallery of their own.  Then when writing the blog, if they want to include a picture, all they have to do is link to the picture in their gallery. 

Anyone want to take a crack at this?
