Parse error due to cpg_redir

Clearly I've done something wrong but I can't figure it out.  I receive this error message when logging out of the gallery:
Parse error: parse error, unexpected ':' in /home/.fajadryer/renaissa/renaissanceguitars.com/forum/cpg_redir.php on line 8
