How to let user upload photos to the root Albums not under User Gallery

Can anyone teach me how to let user upload photos to the root Albums not under User Gallery ??

you (as admin) have to set up permissions in groups accordingly and edit the properties of the albums the uploads should go to. This is all being covered in the documentation that comes with coppermine (in the "docs" folder). RTFM.
