Invalid Action on Config page

i just upgraded to 1.3.2.  all seems to be fine except it say invalid action on the config page above the config line and there is no button to save the config changes. Thanks in advance for your help.

Make sure you updated all coppermine files from the package. Use the versioncheck.php tool to find out if you have upgraded correctly.
