Image and page is viewed and rendered properly but this error appears at the top
Warning: Division by zero in /var/www/html/coppermine/include/exifReader.inc.php on line 812

I tried other jpgs with EXIF information in it and it was read properly.

The file(s) being read that caused the error was a 1 MB jpg that was converted from a 110 MB tiff file which contained EXIF information was mass converted using Faststone Image Resizer http://www.faststoneserver.com/FSResizerDetail.htm

I downloaded a EXIF reader from http://www.takenet.or.jp/~ryuuji/minisoft/exifread/english/  to confirm EXIF data. ...  The EXIF information on the 110 MB tiffs was all there and working properly and wa also found in the the jpgs that were mass convered

So the EXIF reader works on other items so I would assume it works fine and I verified the EXIF data.

Indeas?

Thanks

Something I just thougt off when trying to view my jpgs on my archos av320 http://archos.com  It couldnt read progressive jpgs, so perhaps coppermine cant read EXIF information from progressive jpgs?

I did a search on progressive  but did not computer up with anything when searchine by subject.

I guess I can try converting one of the 112 MB tiffs to jpgs without the progressive option t see if the erro is still around.

But for now I am going to bed.

Update...

I converted TIFF to JPGs ( 3565 *5336 pixels) using non progressive. Uploaded and there was no error!

The bad thing though it that the EXIF information which is still there (I checked using 3rd party tool)  is still not being read.

I added these via a batch add instead of one by one.

Would this be becuase of the dimensions or the fact that they were bulk added?

Thanks
