Users cant activate!!!

i installed this mod

and ever since it seems that users are unable to activate... they click the link in the email but it just take them to a log in page and does not activate them... if you want to see exactly what it does you can do a test sign up at http://family.tms12.com

ok, i uninstalled that mod but i really seems like that has no relation to the problem.
