I would know if the moderator of the forum invisionize, after the bridge, get power in gallery too. They can edit file of gallery?
If not, how can i do it possible?

tnx

Joachim Müller

there is no moerator group that has any special powers in coppermine, so once you bridge your bbs app with coppermine, there will be a coppermine group named "moderators" or whatever the group is named in your bbs, but the members of this group don't have particular privileges, they are "ordinary" coppermine users. Please see the discussion at Moderators Groups for CPG

DarioDN

ok, i've read.

anyway on 1.3.3 it's possibile add another admin in the coppermine database table, not in invisionize table, even i've bridge them?

Nibbler

No, the coppermine user table is completely ignored while bridged.

Joachim Müller

If you don't trust a user to be admin in your bbs, you shouldn't trust him in coppermine anyway - he could break stuff there just as well. Only make people admin you 100% trust, and who know their way around in administration of both apps.

DarioDN

to be admin in coppermine gallery isn't dangerous that to be it in forum...

Joachim Müller

oh yes? Make me an admin in your coppermine install and I will break both your gallery and your forum almost instantly ;)
