Upload problems

hi..i'm newbie ..here . i'm lookin' for help..(sorry my english not very good)
when i try to upload one picture , there is message like this :

Impossible to move family.jpg to modules/coppermine/albums/userpics/10009/ !

why ? pls help me to figure out this problem ..cause i'm newbie too in phpnuke.
then i have some question :
can the  other people/members delete my pictures?(which i uploaded )
can the other people see my collection pictures ? then can i hide it from other members?

You probably know more about phpnuke than the dev team members. We support and develop the standalone coppermine version but support for the integrated version no longer exists. Sorry, we can't help you with phpnuke since we don't know it. You can check out http://cpgnuke.com
