Original Image Resize -> Admin Tools

Would it be possible to add a functionality to CPG that allows for a resized original image to be re-added to the database with proper width and height? I've resized all my images (made them bigger by adding a border w/my copyright watermark). I've been using phpMYadmin to manually update the width and height of each image in the CPG database.

If you need someone to try to make this contribution, I could give it a shot. (No guarantees it will work :-) )
