issue with my server settings

Hi.
I just installed Coppermine (latest, not beta):
1. Installed.
2. Made some Categories.
4. Added Albums to the Categories.
5. Inserted batch files into the just made Albums.
6. Made other Categories.
7. Added Albums to the new category.
8. Modified permissions of the just made albums.
9. Added batch files into the latest album.
10. All was OK.
11. I want to change properties of an Album (from the first or second category, same thing...).
12. I get this errors at ANY album I want to modify.

While executing query "SELECT aid, CONCAT('(', user_name, ') ', title) AS title FROM cpg132_albums AS a INNER JOIN cpg132_users AS u ON category = (10000 + user_id) ORDER BY title" on 0

mySQL error: Can't create/write to file '/root/tmp/#sql_367b_0.MYI' (Errcode: 13)

It gives me (under the "box") this file and line:

File: /home/razvan/public_html/poze/include/functions.inc.php - Line: 105

I didn't installed Coppermine on the root user but I have access to it because I chown'ed it (/root/tmp).

be carefull when shouting "bug" - most often, the bugs sit in front of the keyboard . A quick search on the forum would have shown you these postings:
