display message after photo uploaded

I have been testing this system with over 30 users now, and I have fixed nearly all accessibility problems except one which I can't figure out. I need to add a message (in red preferably) that displays itself after a photo is uploaded. Many testers have told us that when they finished uploading, the photo is shown, and there is a button "OK" which is actually for comments, but they read too fast and think they have to confirm the upload, which of course, leads them to a "you have to enter a comment" error.

They have said that ideally it should either go back to the upload.php file so they can upload more files, or at least show a message telling them that the file has already been uploaded.

how can i do this.?
