Albums that were added after a user uploaded a picture, does not show up as a possible location when the user tries to edit the picture. The user can place a picture in this album for any new pictures uploaded. Site is at http://www.goosemoose.com/mambo

the mambo bridge file is from the coppermine devel branch, which goes unsupported.
