Administrators can't place pictures

Well,
I have 6 Adminitrators and 2 of them have uploaden all kids of pictures and now they get the message that the previous file isn't placed. It said that it was uploaded so what could be wrong. Also I added an modification : Watermark per basis...
Could that be the problem?

*yawn*: debug_mode on in config, single file uploads in "groups", look at extended error message. Search would have told you the same.
