Only one pic per album?

Hello,

how can I make it:

I want to show only one picture of every album on the main site under "The latest Pictures" and not all from each album.
I hope you understand what I mean.

and how much albums do you have ?

and last picture is already shown as album picture, so i don't see the use of it

You are wrong. Sorry to say, but if I make 3 albums per time and put 20 pictures or more in each album it will show 60 or more pictures.

Ok so you want only view the last uploaded picture of each album on front and say: from the last 4 albums only if you set 4 pictures and 8 albums if you set it to 8 thumbnails then?
