Hi Everyone...need help here...

i am getting a "0 Upload" because my webhost has shut down global temp folders....how do i get Coppermine to see the new upload file?? i know it...just don't know how to get it to work

i am not super dooper at this so make it for dummies...simpler the better...

(i just updated coppermine today with no issues so that is done)
