it isn't received. I send myself an ecard and coppermine says it was sent but I never get it. Tried it three times. Any ideas...?

Make sure that you don't have spam filters catching those emails.

Post a link to your gallery and a test account with ecard sending permissions. Also are you using SMTP to send the mails ?

I had a similar problem, so recommend you clic this link:

I have the same problem, but the gallery have no problems sending the activation mail..

however I don't receive any ecards....

so... to be sure that I get this right.......

I did assume that the mailer.inc.php war OK, since I received the activation mail......

so... maybe the send ecard need something else, and I therefore need to edit the file?

On version cpg1.1.0 this function work fine, but after updating to cpg1.3.2  no ecards is received

Is the solution to edit the mailer.inc.php, ore is it something else...

Did you check spam filters? Changes have been made to reduce ecards' spam scores, but maybe your version doesn't have the changes.

get the most recent version from the stable branch of the web cvs. Spam filters is nothing on your coppermine install, it's something people have to reduce spam either locally on their client or remotely on their mailserver (usually your hosting company or the company that gives you your mailbox provide spam filters). You must have heard of "spam" (unwanted emails)...

;D Ok.. this is NOT the problem...........

I have no spam filters running outside my pc....

The problem is with the cpg configuration, ore files....

However.. i will try to change the settings in the mailer.inc.php to see if this solves the problem
