question/problem about galleries and uploading

Hi guys,
not sure how to ask this so I will explain what I want to do and how it is now.....

I have 6 friends who are doing a around the world tour for fun, they want to post pics, so I set up coppermine for them because of its power and features.
no need to log in or reigster to see pics as its public
but to post pics I need them to register that is all good
the galleries are as is....
User Galleries (public people who want to post there own pics can register and post)
member 1
member 2
member 3
member 4
member 5
member 6

the way I had to set it up was to give each one of them Admin access so when they want to upload lets say 5 pics they go into there are (lets say member 1) and then create ther album (lets say Album 1 june 1st)
they then upload pic and in the list they pic Album 1 june 1st, and continue and this puts the pic in that album

that is great, easy to do at first

but now, each of the 6 guys when they want to upload a pic there is now a HUGE list of albums because they say each of the 6 members albums

is there a easier way to do this?

the problem now is that 2 users have similar album names
Member 1/East Coast/leg 1
member 3/US East Coast/leg1

as you can see this makes it a problem for member 1 and 3 to upload becuase they have to be VERY carefull which album they pic or else there pics end up in buddies album

Better to set them up with their own user galleries then you wouldn't have this problem.

ya if they had there own user galleries it wouls solf the problem but generate another one, they want to have seperat galleries for themselfs and then Usergalleries for folks who follow them/friends to post there own pics
