Basic Question!

Hi,
I have attempted installing my server once and to be honest i gave up, I just would like to if there there is a program to creat a mysql db and send it online and define it in the install.php stage, or if there is some sample mysql somewhere which can be used to provide at least the basic functionality using coppermine.
