Two Galleries

I want a totaly Dutch gallery and a totaly English one.
But they both have the same pictures in it.
What should I do?

Use one gallery, put descriptions in english and dutch, and display the language list so each user can select the appropriate language to display.

Language selection should be covered in the documentation.
