More Accesible Download Options Please.

I Would like to see and easier way to configure coppermine to allow for Direct links to the files. I have nooooooo clue when it comes to Php and believe you me when I say I have tried and just can't quite get the hang of it. I would sugges making it an option in the Admin menu as to whether or not they want direct links to the file for free downloading. I know this would be the answer to my prayers because I have tried soooooo hard to figure out how to make that work for me to no avail.
