Hey,

I installed CPG through the script library on my host, and set up everything nicely, intergated it with Vbulletin..

Anyway, i am wanting to know if there is a way that i can set so that only certain usergroups are allowed to access the gallery? Because i want only staff and special members to be able to access the gallery and actually view the images, but everyone else other than what i mentioned will now be able too.

Hopefully i explained that right, anyway help would be appreciated.

Regards,
Rambo

either set up privacy options per album using coppermine's built-in permissions system, or create a hack based on http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/faq.php#registeredUsersOnly that does not only check for the constant USER_ID, but a more sophisticated group membership logic.

Alright,

Thanks for the reply, i sadly am a crap coder so rules me out, i will probably try and ask a friend to create one for me, im sure he can manage it.

Also, one more question..When i click on Users through the adminCP in coppermine it redirects me to the Vbulletin Users AdminCP, is that suppose to happen yeah?

Ooh ooh and how can i get the skin to look the same as the one i am using for the forum?

Danke

We have a "one question per thread" policy on this forum - you agreed to respect it when you signed up for your account >:(!

Yes, that's the point of bridging: expected behaviour, as bridging disables coppermines built in user management, replacing it with the one from your bbs.

Browse the demo using the "coose theme" dropdown, get the theme that resembles your pages layout the most from the download section and modify as suggested in the docs.

Oops..

I apologize for that, never know...sorry.

Anyway thanks for the help, pretty much answered all my questions...

Appreciated,
