problem with chinese_gb file

there is a problem with Chinese_gb language file, those two button
on the bottom of the config page are missing, I can't save the change without those two button.  dose anyone have any idea what was worng?

Get the most recent language file (from the downlad section). What version of coppermine are you running? You can always look at the config page in english and access all stuff in there.
A link to your gallery might help as well.

You'll have to make the webserver show files with "index.xxx" in it. You're probably on IIS which looks for files called "default.xxx" in a directory. Edit this IIS setting or put a file called "default.htm" into your coppermine folder that does a redirect to your index.php file.
