[Help] make a ftp-ip server link ?

when running  the Batch add files, I would like make a link in the following sentence shown below the 'Select directory' to allow users ftp-upload their files to the server just by click it.

i.e.
[ur=ftp://aaa:bbb@ccc.ftpserver.com/]This function allows you to add a batch of file that your have uploaded to your server by FTP.[/url=]

where shall I make this link ??

only admins are suppossed to ftp-upload and batch-add, regular users can't (and mustn't be allowed to do so, as it's a huge security risk), so there's no point in adding any extra explanation text to the page. However, the text can be found in your language file (if you're using english, it's /lang/english.php).
