ACDSee Export

This is partly coppermine and partly general inquiry. I have put an enormous amount of effort into cataloging thousands of pictures in ACDSee for the PC. I am unhappy with the relatively crude facility in ACDSee for generating a photo gallery, but I would like to be able to make use of all of the descriptions and category information I already maintain in ACDSee. Does anyone know how to export that information from ACDSee and then import it into coppermine (or another full-featured gallery application) so that I don't have to maintain the information in two places?
