Batch Add File problem

Hi,

After installed the gallery, I create one folder called "0001" located inside Albums/userpic/3d/0001
then I used " Batch add files" but it did not show any folder that I have add in there . is there any more configuration so I can do to display picutre folder so I can user Batch Add File function ?

You're not supposed to upload files into userpics. That is a system folder. Please read the manual.

thanks ... I move those folder to album/3d/0001 >>>then when using "Batch Add Files" it does recognized the folder in there but when I select one folder and select all files  then confirm " Insert Select files" this step I got problem ... for some reason it only insert some files then I try again  got an Error (http 403 Forbidden )
please help
