Comment line has gone/wrong url?

Hi folks.

I use CM for a while now but i can't find the right url/link witch never changes where visitors can add comments.

Example:

this is a foto fro an eye and below the foto there is a place: Rate this file (No vote yet)

but i want the comment line with it: Add your comment

i thought it was this url/link but this one changes, so every time a new picture.

You need to enable commenting in the groups page and album properties.
