Fatal errer when upload

Hi
I get this error when try to upload a picture, it is not all pictures that gives this error. I am using mostly standard settings.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted at (null):0 (tried to allocate 6528 bytes) in /home/web/gb1795/Foto/coppermine/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 176

It sounds like you are working under a memory allotment (common on most hosted sites).  The picture you are uploading is large enough that the memory needed to process it exceeds the amount you have been given by your server admin.
