Moving to a new server, problem :(

I moved my website through cPanel to a new server, I also moved coppermine's db and updated config.inc.php file but I still get : Fatal error : There was an error while processing a database query
What I'm doing wrong

Enable debug mode by editing the cpg_config table in the database (debug_mode to 1) and check the mysql error message that you get.
