Hi,
i have read a lot of threads concerning login problems, but non of them semm to work for me.
My side uses a Navigation (frame) where I kink to different sides (phpbb, cpg, other stuff). You get a login screen before you get to this section (with the menu). I already have the latest bridge files. Everything works fine with cookies, you get automatically logged in (in phpbb and cpg), when you klick the link in the navigation.
Now some users may not accept cookies with there browsers. I already set up my whole page for that by usind the append_sid function of phpbb. But it doesn't seem to work with cpg 1.3. If you click the link to the gallery you are not logged in (with cookies you are of course). The browser is sending the sid!
Doesn't cpg accept the session handling of phpbb? How can I change that?
Thanks for your help.
Sorry I cant give you any test links.

It simply doesn't support it. Although I expect it could be added, I cannot just give you step by step instructions as to how. Try to avoid phrases like 'latest' version, as it can lead to confusion.

Mh, well thats not good. In the future I won't use that phrase. Thanks Nibbler.
Does anybody can give me code for it? Maybe somebody already did it?
Or maybe I can just modify the phpbb bridge by ez to make it work?

Joachim Müller

as Nibbler already said: this currently doesn't exist, and I strongly doubt that you will get an answer on this question; if anybody has done such a mod, he/she will probably not scan for your support request, but just post his/her modifications.
If you know your way around in php you could of course try to modify the existing files to accomplish what you're looking for.

Well, ok. Sad for my users, but hey so they have to accept cookies.
Anyway thank you.
I don`t think I can modify it myself.
