Eyeball theme Mod: one line won't change

Gentlefolk,
I'm trying to modify the appearance of the eyeball theme, and I am stuck on one issue. If you look here:
http://www.21harvard.net/gallery/index.php?theme=eyeball, you can see that the first dividing line has refused to change color.
I've dug through the code of all three files, and can't seem to find the right bit.
Any help would be muchly appreciated.
