Hi.

I have my own header, I want to know where are the menues exactly located?

I want to know how I can make a direct link for example to personal gallaries.

if some body is loged in and click on my gallary he goes there. Now I want to put that link some where else

There is no {SYS_MENU} in cpg1.3.x, yet you posted in the board that deals with cpg1.3.x.
