i can,t upload files over 1mb size
i set max size of file for 5000kb and nothing
files less than 1mb upload without any problem...

if you already set "Max size for uploaded files (KB)" to  5000kb and no luck you must see your host setting for "max upload file size" setting.

if possible plz show your error display when upload.

maybe the pic's dimensions are too big?
