I'm in the process of converting my existing albums to coppermine. I run my own server so I have complete access. I've essentially moved my exisitng images to a folder in albums/ and I'm trying to run the batch upload. It is working, but it extremely slow. Right now i'm batch uploading about 300 very large images, and the server is a very slow server. I'm not sure if its my IE client, or something on the server but I get a couple OKs, and the rest are red x's. When I hit reload, the OKs turn to DPs (as expected), I get a few more OKs, and still the reminader red x's. I'm only getting a few OKs each time I reload. i'm waiting until the imagemagick convert processes finish before I do click refresh.

is there someway I can run the batch process so that it won't time out? I don't really care if it takes my server many hours to process the images, but I'd rather not baby-sit it click refresh?

I've got thousands of images to upload, and a few at a time is not going to be fun.

Have you searched around the forums yet?  I remember someone posting a mod that does something along those lines.
Do not send me a private message unless I ask for one.  Make your post public so everyone can benefit.

There are no stupid questions

I've searched in Upload, but not the rest of the forums well. I found someone else asking for a similar thing, but with no solution.

I'm basically asking to run the upload script from the console.

Thanks,

Orie
