upload fuction for users/groups in specificate album

is it posible to have a more spec. upload function?

ex.
if you edit a album now you can only choice if users may upload yes/no
but it would be cool if you can sellect a user group who can upload in that album. same thing for the catagorie's .

sow you can make user groups that have upload premission in specificate album/catogorie

this is becouse i have more (admins) that upload pics from party's ..

i use user grouping right now. but i cant see where i can set a group premission for uploading in a album.
