hello!

on the right side of the table is the attribut Space used / Quota. what is the meaning of quota? some of my users have there 1024 kB, some 0 kB. why?

You set up the quota per user group. Go to the groups panel to see what I mean. This is being explained in the documentation  that comes with coppermine, please read it. If you set no quota, your users will have unlimited space - if you're fine with this, there's no need to look into this.
