Cannot Upload ANY Pictures

I keep getting this error message:

Warning: move_uploaded_file(./albums/edit/mHTTP_temp_8d7c5354.JPG): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/yourban/public_html/PhotoGallery/upload.php on line 1197

Warning: move_uploaded_file(): Unable to move '/tmp/phpI5Es5M' to './albums/edit/mHTTP_temp_8d7c5354.JPG' in /home/yourban/public_html/PhotoGallery/upload.php on line 1197

I wolud be very grateful if anyone can help me
