When i try to upload jpg files to albums 1 of 4 pictures shows up. The rest has en error code Warning: imagecreatefromjpeg(): 'albums/userpics/osth2.jpg' is not a valid JPEG file in /home/t/timo/www/album/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 154
Bilden du laddade upp är skadad eller kan inte hanteras av GD library

It has worked earlier just fine but now i doesnt anymore. Yes its the 1.2.o version and i now i should upgrade....

Can you post/link to the file in question ? I expect it is just as it appears - an invalid JPEG file, maybe it has been renamed from something else.

Ive solved it. Its somethng wrong with my FTP progarm. I upgrade it to Ws Ftp pro and no its not a problem anymore.
