404 Forbiden Error

I get the following error while trying to create a new category

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /gallery/catmgr.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I send the error to my server provider and they gave me this for an answer:
You need to make changes to the script in the catmgr.php file in the createcat section, as it is sending illegal requests to the server .  This is the server logs that we get for the error page:

mod_security: Access denied with code 403. Pattern match "cat\\x20" at THE_REQUEST. [hostname "www.hondaclub.gr"] [uri "/gallery/catmgr.php?op=createcat"]

Such illegal requests sent from the browser are blocked by the server for security reasons.

Can I get some help please

There's nothing we can do to help you solve this. If your webhost refuses to help you on this issue, this probably means that you can't use coppermine on your webserver. You might want to consider moving to a new webhost...

You can try changing all occurences of createcat to something else in coppermine's code. That might work.

Um, moggle ? anything that doesn't end with 'cat' apparently. Just use the find/replace in your text editor.
