Move text ontop of image

I want to get the 'Places' title ontop....trying.....having trouble

Someone must have done this somewhere....

Just edit your theme.php, the section between

Code Select Expand

<!-- BEGIN catrow -->

and

Code Select Expand

<!-- END catrow -->

leaving the comments intact.
